Migrate your pipeline to Triljon

For investors moving their dealflow into Triljon. Coming from Notion, Affinity, Airtable, HubSpot, a spreadsheet, or anything else? Pick your tool and follow the steps to bring your companies in.

This guide is for investors moving their dealflow into Triljon. Pick the tool your companies live in today, follow the steps to get a file out of it, then upload that file. Triljon reads the columns for you and shows a preview before anything is added.

Where is your dealflow now?

Migrating from Notion

Notion exports a database as a CSV inside a zip file.

  1. Open the database that holds your companies.
  2. Click the ••• menu in the top right corner, then click Export.
  3. Under "Export format" choose "Markdown & CSV", then click Export.
  4. You get a zip file. Unzip it and the CSV is inside. That is the file you upload to Triljon.

Only table views export to CSV, so if you are on a board or a form, switch to the table view first.

These steps follow Notion's own export guide. If anything looks different on your screen, their guide is the place to check: Notion help .

Then bring it into Triljon

  1. Create your free Triljon account . It takes a minute.
  2. Answer a few quick questions about what you invest in. This is what lets Triljon score and rank companies for you, and you only do it once.
  3. In your pipeline, click "Add a case", then the "Migrate pipeline" link just beneath it.
  4. Upload the file you exported. Triljon shows a preview so you can fix anything or untick rows you do not want, then you click Import.
Create your account

If a founder later claims one of these companies, your notes and decisions stay right where you left them.
