Migrate your pipeline to Triljon

This guide is for investors moving their dealflow into Triljon. Pick the tool your companies live in today, follow the steps to get a file out of it, then upload that file. Triljon reads the columns for you and shows a preview before anything is added.

Migrating from Notion
Notion exports a database as a CSV inside a zip file.
- Open the database that holds your companies.
- Click the ••• menu in the top right corner, then click Export.
- Under "Export format" choose "Markdown & CSV", then click Export.
- You get a zip file. Unzip it and the CSV is inside. That is the file you upload to Triljon.
Only table views export to CSV, so if you are on a board or a form, switch to the table view first.

Then bring it into Triljon
- Create your free Triljon account . It takes a minute.
- Answer a few quick questions about what you invest in. This is what lets Triljon score and rank companies for you, and you only do it once.
- In your pipeline, click "Add a case", then the "Migrate pipeline" link just beneath it.
- Upload the file you exported. Triljon shows a preview so you can fix anything or untick rows you do not want, then you click Import.
If a founder later claims one of these companies, your notes and decisions stay right where you left them.
